Anna in Italia – Un giallo a scuola is an engaging B1–B1+ Italian reading resource that combines a light-hearted mystery with vocabulary work, reading comprehension, speaking, deduction and creative activities.

Anna, a language teacher and popular influencer, has been invited to visit a language school in Florence – and of course, her famous dog Sherlock comes with her.

Everything starts as a normal school visit… until the school's prized trophy mysteriously disappears.

Eight students were nearby. Each of them was doing something that could make them look suspicious. Who took the trophy? Why? And what do the mysterious numbers 35 – 18 – 12 mean?

As Anna tries to reconstruct what happened, Sherlock is never far from the clues. Students follow the investigation chapter by chapter, examine the evidence, compare the suspects' stories and develop their own theories before the mystery is finally revealed.
