HOW TO PLAY

Read the grown-up guide, print the play pages and hide the clues at the suggested locations. Give your child Pip’s letter and the first puzzle, then let the adventure begin!

One child can play, or a small team of 2–4 can work together. Younger readers may need the story and instructions read aloud.

YOU’LL NEED

A home printer, paper, a pencil and scissors for the grown-up. Colour printing is optional; the puzzles also work in black and white.

Plan approximately 10–15 minutes for setup and 25–45 minutes for play. These are estimates — follow your child’s pace.
