Exactly six character players plus one separate, nonplaying host (seven people total). Any gender can play any role. Ages 14+. Allow approximately 60-90 minutes, plus optional dinner breaks.

EASY SETUP
Print US Letter, single-sided, at actual size. Black-and-white printing works. Give each guest only their role, release the evidence by round, and print six ballots. Bring pencils and blank paper. No specialist knowledge, real food, drinks, or special props are required. Dinner and costumes are optional.
REMOTE PLAY
Use your own voice or video call. The host privately sends role PDFs and reads or shares each evidence round. The bonus HTML file contains all roles and spoilers and is for the host only. It is an offline tool, not a hosted multiplayer app or secure player portal.
PLEASE NOTE
All six roles are required. One fixed culprit and solution; best hosted for a new group after the reveal. This original edition and the Experienced Edition have different culprits and solutions.
