Here you have all my quality settings !

You will receive a .ffx file that you'll need to put in your "User Presets" file and a png file with my Topaz settings.

You can tweak the parameters as you like :)

TIP: if you want your video more sharp you can duplicate "S_Sharpen".

I usually change my topaz sharpen setting between 55-65.
