- Sign Up for Your Membership – After purchase, you’ll receive an email with booking instructions.
- Access the Member-Only Booking Portal – Use our SimplyBook.me calendar to schedule your sessions.
- Manage & Adjust as Needed – Reschedule your hours as long as it's within your monthly limit.

You’ll be able to track your remaining hours through your SimplyBook.me account. It updates automatically each time you schedule a session.

No, unused hours do not roll over. We encourage you to use your full allotment each month to get the most value from your membership.

You may cancel your membership at any time; however, a 30-day notice is required to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [your email or contact form link]. Your access remains active through the end of your current billing cycle.

We do not offer refunds. All memberships are final sale and non-refundable, regardless of usage. Please be sure to manage your bookings and cancellation notice accordingly.
