did not get 8 textures with package

it says it comes with 8 textures I didn't receive what I paid for

Hi! I downloaded the file myself and the textures are definitely there. This mesh has over 240 sales, and no one has ever reported any missing textures before.

I’m not sure if maybe you only downloaded 1 of the 2 files included. One file contains the rigged mesh, and the other one contains the textures folder.

I’m really sorry about the situation. What I can do is give you a coupon so you can get the item again for free and check if you’re able to download both files this time, especially if you can no longer access the original download files.

If you still can’t see or download the files, I can refund your money.
