What your team can do with the files

Compare ASP options, assign readiness gaps to owners and dates, and give your developer a reference invoice-mapping workflow. The ZIP includes editable Excel, Word and JSON files. The n8n workflow requires configuration and validation with your chosen ASP.

How the comparison works: Use the same five criteria for every shortlisted provider, enter your evidence-based scores and record the quotations you obtain. Review total scores together with fees, weak areas and unanswered questions before deciding what to verify next. The workbook organizes your evaluation; it does not automatically rank providers by suitability, verify accreditation or calculate full implementation costs.

UAE E-Invoicing Readiness — Prepare Your Finance and ERP Teams

Under the UAE e-invoicing implementation timetable, businesses with annual revenue of AED 50 million or more must appoint an Accredited Service Provider (ASP) by 30 October 2026 and implement the system by 1 January 2027. 30 October 2026 is the Phase 1 ASP appointment deadline; it is not a deadline for completing sandbox testing. 1 January 2027 is the Phase 1 mandatory implementation date.

Applicable obligations and administrative penalties depend on the relevant requirements and implementation dates. Dates can change, so verify your specific responsibilities against current UAE Ministry of Finance and Federal Tax Authority guidance.

Nexora Studio's UAE E-Invoicing & ASP Readiness Suite is an editable planning and readiness toolkit for ASP evaluation, internal gap assessment and ERP integration planning. It is not an official certification, and the n8n workflow is not a certified or production-ready connector.

This is a working readiness kit to get your finance/ERP team moving now, not a legal filing or a certified connector:

  • ASP Evaluation & Gap Matrix (Excel) — A workbook for evaluating potential providers using five buyer-scored criteria: Peppol accreditation model, PINT-AE mapping and validation, ERP connector fit, pricing transparency, and security/data residency. Enter your own scores from 1 to 5; the workbook sums them to a maximum of 25. Record supplier quotations and notes alongside your comparison. A separate 10-item Gap Assessment tab lets you record status, owners and target dates. Any provider names included are starting references only, not current accreditation verification or Nexora recommendations. Check official UAE ASP status independently.
  • n8n JSON/CSV to PINT-AE (UBL 2.1) Middleware Blueprint - an importable n8n workflow that maps a generic ERP invoice export field-by-field into a UBL 2.1/PINT-AE-shaped XML envelope, so your developer has an auditable starting point instead of a blank page. Clearly scoped as a starter/reference mapping - validate the field list and Schematron rules against your chosen ASP's own spec before production use.
  • UAE E-Invoicing Readiness Guide (Word) - the corrected timeline, the real tiered penalty structure, the Peppol 5-corner/PINT-AE model explained plainly, and how to use the other two files.

Designed for finance teams and professionals evaluating UAE e-invoicing readiness. Consultant or multi-client use is not automatically granted; please contact the store to clarify permitted use before purchasing for client projects.

Exactly what is in the ZIP: one downloadable ZIP containing five files (about 41 KB unzipped): an Excel ASP evaluation and gap-assessment workbook, a Word readiness guide, a six-step n8n reference workflow, a fictional sample ERP invoice, and a START_HERE guide.

  • Excel workbook with 3 sheets: a Read Me, an ASP Shortlist scoring table for comparing providers, and a 10-item Internal Readiness Gap Assessment with status, owner and target-date columns.
  • n8n reference workflow (JSON) with 6 steps: receive ERP invoice, validate required fields, map to the PINT-AE field set, build UBL 2.1 XML, a placeholder send-to-ASP-sandbox step, and a preview response. The ASP sandbox node is disabled and not connected.
  • Word guide with the published milestones, the penalty schedule and the Peppol 5-corner / PINT-AE / UBL 2.1 model.
  • Fictional sample ERP invoice (JSON) for testing the workflow. It contains demonstration values only.
  • START_HERE guide explaining the files and their limits.

Limitations: The n8n workflow is a reference template only. Its ASP sandbox node is disabled, it has not been runtime-tested in a live n8n instance, and it is not certified or production-ready. Real implementation needs technical validation with your chosen ASP's own specification. This toolkit does not guarantee regulatory compliance.

Scope: Nexora Studio supplies editable reference materials only. It does not provide integration, implementation, ASP selection or onboarding, accreditation, or licensed tax, legal or regulatory advisory services, and this is not professional advice.
