This training plan includes a 4 day gym training program, consisting of 2 x upper body days and 2 x lower body days.


The focus is on increasing strength, with a focus on shaping the legs, arms and glutes.


A new program is uploaded here each month for you to purchase and continue your journey in the gym. We're here to make it a LIFESTYLE for years to come, not just a 6 week stint. Some months will focus on glutes, others will incorporate full body programs. These programs are adapted from MY own training, which I have been doing in the gym for the past 15 years, with multiple pregnancies and postpartum phases in between. Tried, tested and proven methods of training to keep you fit, healthy and building a strong physique for years to come.
