After years of following other peoples diets and restricting what i was eating, I decided to start living life as a rule breaker.
As soon as i started living life on my own terms and stopped worrying about what everyone else was eating and doing, I started feeling happier and healthier than I ever had before!
Healthy doesn't have to be boring, it isn't a one size fits all and I want to help as many people realise this as I can.
