As we get ready to start 2026 I wanted to offer my January Reset programme. I’ve designed this programme to help Masters swimmers re-establish movement quality, consistency, and intent.


Four weeks, three sessions per week. Gym or home depending on how you best train. 


The sessions are all based around three key focus points:

  • Restore – mobility & tissue prep
  • Reconnect – swim-specific intent
  • Reinforce – key strength patterns
