Every time we sync a file, load an app, or run a prompt, we are feeding an infrastructure that is quietly straining local utility grids and draining community aquifers across the country.

As an independent creator, I didn't want to write a standard, generic sci-fi story. I wanted to turn our actual, real-world tech paranoia into a high-octane weapon of a book.

In my universe, Carbon Update: Initializing the Void, a trillionaire corporate cartel known as The Data Center isn't just cooling server racks with those millions of gallons of water. They are using municipal networks to systematically harvest human beings, melt away human empathy, and vent pure black-void apex predators called Carbon Mocks directly onto the city streets to consume human bio-electricity.

The only line of defense left in the absolute dark is World-9, an elite black-ops military unit deployment from subterranean transit hulls. But the algorithm just mutated, dropping building-sized Super Mocks onto the grid to permanently delete them.

I bypassed Amazon and traditional publishers completely to drop this text layout independently. It opens cleanly on Kindle, iPads, or phones the second you grab it.

If you are sick of watered-down, corporate-vetted sci-fi, step into the void directly from the source before the system updates.
