Ice 1804-8 Sock Sprain - I remove my aircast and use this medical shoe - 10 min

It’s a cold day for Ice to be outside to walk weight bearing on her sprained right ankle. She’s wearing a black aircast to help her stabilize the injury, and she’s doing great by taking it very carefully out here. She is slightly limping, but overall is having a very great balance and a good walking style. We’ll later get to see her take the aircast off by the car and switch over to wear a medical shoe or a different cover for her casted foot before ending the clip.
