Honest-Agent Starter Kit

You run a local agent on Windows. It says it created a file. You check, and the file never changed.

This kit is the tested Windows path for Ollama, Open WebUI, and n8n, plus scripts that refuse a "done" claim when the file does not prove it, three n8n workflows you import yourself, and a log of six failures from that setup. The tested path binds every listener to 127.0.0.1 and does not register anything to start at login. It does not use Docker or WSL.

You start the programs when you want them. The download is files: a guide, a rules template, four PowerShell scripts, three workflow JSON files, and the failure log. You already supply the free programs those files talk about.
