Gentle Current Cowl Tunisian Crochet Pattern

This pattern is for a Tunisian Crochet Cowl. 

The Gentle Current Cowl is an easy tunisian crochet cowl that is worked flat with two colors using the tunisian mosaic stitch.  

Materials

Yarn: Bad Sheep Yarn DK (75/25 SW Merino/Nylon, 245 yds/100g). 2 colors, 1 skein each. 

MC: Romeo (gray). 245 yds (225 m) 

CC: Juliet (purple). 130 yds (120 m)

Hook: 6.5mm (K) Tunisian crochet hook with cable at least 12” (25 cm) long. 

Adjust hook size as needed to get gauge. 

Size:  Neck circumference – 24” (60 cm). Depth – 18” (45 cm).

Skill level- Advanced Beginner

The cowl is worked sideways using the tunisian mosaic stitch. 

Basic knowledge of tunisian crochet is assumed (forward pass/return pass etc). Written instructions.
