Scope Creep Shield
When a client says "can you just add one quick thing?", paste their message into ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini and get a polite, send-ready change-order reply.
What you get
- 6 copy-paste AI workflows: call notes → Scope of Work; out-of-scope request → change-order reply; scope check before you say yes; one-line inquiry → discovery questionnaire; approved request → one-page change order; overdue invoice → 3-step reminder emails
- Every workflow includes a realistic input example and a complete output example (fictional client)
- change-order-log.csv tracker (Google Sheets / Excel)
- Quick-start README
Demo: Paste "Could we just add a little order form? Shouldn't take long right?" plus your scope line, and Workflow 2 writes a reply under 120 words. It quotes your scope, offers "add as a change order ($X, +N days)" or "after launch", and asks for written approval.
Built-in rule: The prompts tell the AI not to invent prices, dates, or facts. Anything missing goes to "Open questions."
Models: ChatGPT (GPT-4o class+), Claude (Sonnet/Opus class), Gemini Pro. Output wording varies by model.
Tested: 2026-11-01. Example outputs were drafted and reviewed by the creator. They were not run in every listed model.
Limitations: English only. Plain-text outputs, no Word or Notion files. No tax or currency calculations. AI can make mistakes, so check names, dates, and amounts before sending.
