General

The Berneil Tiny House features a compact 7′ by 18′ footprint with 170 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space, prioritizing storage solutions and maintaining a spacious feel with a 7′ ceiling height.

Living Room

The entrance to the living area is flanked by two floor-to-ceiling closets for larger items and smaller personal belongings like books. Natural light and ventilation come from four windows (five if you include the door), creating a welcoming space for two cozy armchairs, a fold-away table, and a stainless steel fireplace.

Kitchen

The kitchen includes a 2-burner cooktop, sink, and under-counter refrigerator. Recessed wall shelving units provide storage for smaller items like herbs and sauces, while base cabinets, wall cabinets, and a drawer unit offer ample space for all your culinary needs.

Bathroom

Accessed by a bi-fold door at the rear of the kitchen, the bathroom features a toilet and shower with recessed cabinetry for essentials. It can accommodate various toilet types, including standard, RV, compost, and incinerating options, as well as a small sink if needed.

Sleeping Loft

The sleeping loft accommodates a queen-size mattress and is lit by a half-round window, accessible via a set of ladders.

Trailer

This tiny house can be built on an 18′ x 7′ utility trailer, providing mobility and flexibility.
