Gorgeous modern HQ building, no longer used by Nexus to make room for a new building. Modern designs & plentiful office space. Includes a large indoor auditorium, several offices, meeting & conference rooms. As well as a large function room on the 3rd floor. The building also incudes a cafeteria, with a cafe counter.

The building is equipped with several fire safety features, including a fire escape stairwell, and several fire exits & call points.
