When we started homeschooling, I used these 🌳 growth mindset medals to reward my daughter for thinking creatively, overcoming her fears, learning from her mistakes or for simply trying new things.
While most reward children for being the best or achieving a perfect outcome, I took a different ↩ turn.
I 🏅 rewarded her for her effort, learning and progress. And even for admitting her mistakes and for trying to be better. My goal was to help her overcome challenges (which is always present in life) with the right 🤯 mindset.
