Business Development & Strategy Consultation

Our Business Development and Strategy Consultation sessions are designed to meet the needs of both for-profit and non-profit organizations. For business owners, leaders, and executives, these sessions will assist you in moving forward in your business, directing you past blockages or practices that have limited movement or advancement. Each session is individualized, based on your response to our Business Needs Assessment (BNA). For non-profit entities, sessions often include focus on board development and governance. After participating in a complimentary 15-minute focus session, if you decide to utilize our services, you will receive the BNA questionnaire via email, along with our payment link. Upon completion/submission of the questionnaire, along with payment, following our review (within 72 hours) we will schedule your one-hour consultation. We look forward to pushing you into your future!
