As an Intuitive Coach, I support high-functioning Gen X women (45+) burnt out from holding everything together, rebuilding inner stability and self-trust. Pausing isn’t about fixing yourself or forcing answers; it’s about making space for alignment to naturally return....

Authentically You: is a supportive and practical audio course designed for people pleasers who are ready to break free from approval-seeking patterns and live with more self-confidence and clarity. Across six bite-sized episodes, you’ll explore how people-pleasing shows up in your life and begin reconnecting with your true identity, core values, and inner worth. Each session includes simple, powerful tools to help you honour your needs, set healthy boundaries, and take purposeful action.


  • The Habit Of People Pleasing: In this opening lesson, you’ll begin to explore the habits and thought patterns that keep you stuck in people-pleasing.
  • Reclaiming Your Self-Identity. Explores the parts of yourself that may have been shaped by the need to please others.
  • Your Needs Matter: In this lesson, we explore a key turning point for recovering people pleasers, recognising that your needs are not a burden; they are valid and essential.
  • Boundaries That Heal: We’ll explore how setting boundaries is an act of self-respect and care.
  • Living From Your Values: We explore the powerful shift that happens when you stop living from obligation and begin living from your core values.
  • Becoming Authentically You: In this final session, we bring everything together.
