Coach Daisha is a collegiate women’s tennis coach, motivational speaker, and author of The Regulated Athlete Playbook She helps athletes and young women discover who they are, regulate what they feel, and rise with confidence—in sport, school, and life.

Her signature framework, Discover. Regulate. Rise.™, was born from her personal journey as a lifelong athlete and years of study in nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and peak performance. Brain.—Coach Daisha teaches athletes how to calm their nervous systems, reset after setbacks, and perform with greater confidence and consistency under pressure.
