A gentle, practical course guiding you to meet and move through discomfort using Somatic awareness and body based practices.
This course explores why our bodies react the way they do to stress, discomfort and overwhelm, guiding you through a series of gentle somatic practices to build awareness and resilience. You’ll start with a body scan, grounding, and opening exercises, then learn the practice of Pendulation to move safely between tension and ease. Over 21 days, you’ll engage in somatic movement exercises designed to integrate these practices into your daily life, helping you meet discomfort with greater presence, ease, and capacity.
Please note: This is a coaching course, not a therapy course. It is not trauma-informed and is not suitable for addressing deep trauma.
Though it’s a short course, practiced well and followed consistently, it’s small but mighty, and over time, your nervous system will quietly show you the difference. You’ll notice subtle shifts in how you meet tension and discomfort, how your body responds to stress, and how presence becomes easier to sustain.
It may feel gentle on the surface, but these practices accumulate, creating a real sense of ease, awareness, and resilience that you can carry into daily life.
