This is a DRUM PACK built for BOOM BAP FINGER DRUMMING

One of my biggest struggles with making my drum patterns on point has always been programming decent hi-hats. If you do it wrong it can sound very robotic. The solution is grabbing multiple samples of the same hi-hat. This kit uses chopped breaks, only grabbing the hats and putting them into layered pads inside MPC programs, utilizing the cycle feature. The result is a much more organic sound..

But along with the chopped layered/cycle hats, I have built 11 Boom Bap Kits built to finger drum over your samples chops. These kits are ready to go, to help inspire some dopeness immediately and get your finger chops up at the same time!

Each kit is set up with 6 pads at the bottom of the program with Kick, Snare, Closed Hats, Crash, Roll, Open hat. Use the open pads to add some other percussive elements of your choice and the top 8 pads are left open, reserved for loops and sample chops to finger drum along with.

This PACK has been UPDATED to INCLUDE ROLAND SP-404 MKII kits. Since KITS are NOT

a feature of the SP, I have created PROJECT files that can be used as TEMPLATES loaded as a STARTING POINT for your PROJECTS. In order to use these, PROJECT FOLDERS MUST BE DRAG AND DROPPED INSIDE THE ROOT OF YOUR IMPORT FOLDER OR THE PROJECT FOLDER OF YOUR EXPORT FOLDER IN YOUR SD CARD. I RECCOMEND PUTTING THEM IN YOUR EXPORT FOLDER SO THEY DONT MAKE A MESS OF YOUR IMPORT FOLDER. USING THE ROLL BUTTON IN THE BROWSER WILL TOGGLE BETWEEN THE EXPORT AND IMPORT FOLDERS.
