luci's jaws pack for Adobe After Effects.
The pack includes- My Vertical Jaws, Large Jaws, Medium Jaws and Slow Jaws.
Simply add the preset onto a solid above your clip (fitting to your desired length). Then select all and hold alt and drag last keyframe to the end of solid layer.
No plugins required.
