Build React.js from Scratch Course
- Be the engineer who explains how React works to everyone else, because you know the fundamentals so well.
- 90+ minutes of on-demand video instruction
- Get access to the repository with the full library code
You will learn how JSX is deconstructed and processed by React's render() function to become actual DOM elements on the screen. You will learn fundamental concepts of how React.js works under the hood and we will use those concepts to build our own library from scratch.
We will rewrite our own versions of React's createElement() and render() functions. We will also explore how React Fiber (and the virtual DOM) works and implement them into our own library. We will explore how React's reconciliation engine works. Reconciliation is the process by which React determines how to re-render a component.
We will also add support for function components and hooks in our new library!
