No. These beats are licensed under a non-exclusive license, which means other artists may also use them. You do not own the master or publishing rights — you are buying a license to commercially use the beat in your own song.

Yes. The license allows full commercial use, including on YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok, etc.

Possibly. While I personally do not register these beats in YouTube Content ID, other artists using the same beat may do so after releasing their own songs. This can result in automated claims even though you are fully licensed to use the beat.

In the event of a claim, simply dispute the claim and provide the included license agreement as proof. In most cases, the claim will be released.

Unfortunately, only the party who registered the Content ID can remove the claim. I do not control Content ID registrations from third parties. However, your license protects your right to use the beat. You can dispute or file a DMCA counter-notice if needed.

This is a normal risk of non-exclusive licenses. Their song might register the beat in YouTube’s Content ID system, which can cause automated claims on your song even if you released it earlier.
