Created by a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Biomechanist, this program includes everything you need for a safe and effective recovery:


  • Complete 12–16 week plan with sets, reps, and progressions

  • Alternative exercises for different pain or ability levels
  • Minimal equipment required — light dumbbells, resistance bands, or golf clubs.
