After purchasing, you'll receive instructions for sending me the context I need to understand your business and what you'd like me to review. That can include your completed Brand Book or Monthly Edit, your website, offers, sales pages, social media, content, customer journey—or the specific thing you've been staring at for so long that you can't tell what's working anymore.

I'll personally review what you send and look at it through the lens of your brand, your customer, your offers, and where you're trying to go next.

Within 5–7 business days, you'll receive a personalized PDF from me with my thoughts, observations, recommendations, and edits—including what I would:

KEEP — what's already working or worth protecting

CLARIFY — where the message, offer, or experience could be stronger

FIX — what may be creating unnecessary friction

TEST — what I think is worth trying next

MOVE FORWARD — where I'd focus your attention from here

This isn't a generic business audit or a list of everything you could be doing.
