Twelve weekly missions, in order, that walk a brand-new seller from a first product to a working multi-store catalog — the exact build sequence behind Fast, Cheap & Confident, documented step by step. Self-paced. No live sessions, no cohort, nothing to attend.

$297 — one-time.

Knowing how a store works and having a store are two different things.

Plenty of sellers can explain listings, bundles, and funnels. Far fewer have a live product on three stores, a link hub in every bio, a price they checked against the real market, and a written rhythm that keeps the whole thing running. The gap is almost never knowledge. It's order — what to build first, what "done" looks like, and what to do next week.

The 90-Day Store Launch System is that order, written down. It takes the exact build sequence Jerry Madrigal actually ran for Fast, Cheap & Confident — from the first product decision on 2026-10-24 to a working multi-store catalog on 2026-11-03 — and lays it out as 12 weekly missions. Each mission ends the same way: in a finished, checkable deliverable. A live listing. A published hub. A priced bundle whose math is exactly true. A scorecard with a baseline in it. You don't finish a mission by watching something — you finish it by pointing at the thing you built.

One thing to be plain about before anything else: this listing describes a documented build sequence — what was done, in what order, with what checks. It is not an earnings record, and it makes no promise about what you will sell, earn, or achieve. The missions end in deliverables you can verify yourself. What those deliverables do in your market is yours.

The 12 missions:

1. Week 1 — Pick ONE product and mean it. Choose a single first product from what you already know, and write its one-page decision sheet: product, buyer, promise, price hypothesis — plus the "not building" list everything else goes on.

2. Week 2 — Build the product. Produce the complete first product — finished, not perfect — read end to end and exported clean.

3. Week 3 — Dress it. Cover art that passes the thumbnail test, interior visuals, and listing copy written outcome-first: sell the outcome, not the features.

4. Week 4 — Store #1 goes live. One store fully set up — product listed, payout connected, and the public page opened and read like a stranger would read it.

5. Week 5 — Stores #2 and #3 + the one-link hub. The same product live on three stores at identical prices, and a single link hub carrying them into every bio.

6. Week 6 — Price it against the real market, then build product #2. Benchmark your price against real comparable listings, state your position honestly — then ship the natural companion product.

7. Week 7 — Bundle math that stays true. Your first bundle and your first everything-bundle, with a math sheet proving every component's real price and the exact saving.

8. Week 8 — Content engine #1: the video series. Turn the product into a narrated video series — one video per unit, posted in product order.

9. Week 9 — Content engine #2: the weekly rhythm. A written cadence you can keep in your worst week: a measurement day, set posting slots, one long-form piece, one list-building piece.

10. Week 10 — The free front door + memberships. A free magnet that grows the list, and a three-tier membership structure with delivery mechanics that work today.

11. Week 11 — Climb the ladder. One mid-ticket system offer and one high-ticket license or done-for-you offer above the books — each with honest component math and written terms.

12. Week 12 — Measure, audit, pitch: the operating loop. The Monday scorecard, your first full-catalog price audit, and your first outreach batch — list built, copy approved in writing before anything sends.

What's inside:

- The 12-Week Map — the complete system document. For each of the 12 missions: the mission itself, the deliverable it ends in, the step checklist, the decision point (including the rule Jerry used at that step), and the real Fast, Cheap & Confident record the week is drawn from — dates and all. Nothing in the map teaches anything he didn't actually do.

- The Mission Workbook — the working half of the system: one worksheet section per mission, with the mission brief, the task checklist, fill-in fields for your own product, store, prices, and dates, the week's decision point with room to record your call, and the done-test that tells you honestly whether the week is finished.

- The Template Set — the five reusable templates the missions call for: a listing copy skeleton, a bundle-math worksheet, a price-check worksheet, an outreach batch tracker, and a weekly scorecard sheet. Blank and ready to copy for every product and every week — the few worked rows are fictional and labeled EXAMPLE.

- The Decision Rules Card — a two-page quick-reference card of the standing rules the missions run on: zero spend until sales cover it twice over, bundle math exactly true, one platform edit at a time, verify the live page after every change, every send approved before it goes, sell the outcome not the features. Rules only — no promises.

How "12 weeks" works: the weeks are a sequence, not a schedule. "Week 1" means "the first mission." Do them in order, at your own speed — one a week is the design pace, faster or slower is fine. There are no calls, no cohort, no start dates, and no live element of any kind. This is documents, checklists, and decision points — a system you run yourself.

Where this sits next to Jerry's other seller products:

- The Seller Masterclass ($97) teaches how it works; the System walks you through doing it. The Masterclass is the knowledge layer — six narrated modules explaining the shop. The System is the execution layer: twelve missions, checklists, and "done looks like this" standards. The mission briefs point to the Masterclass modules instead of re-teaching them, so the two don't duplicate each other.

- Your First Cookbook in 7 Days (the Tiny Course, $15): You already own the System's first two weeks for cookbooks. The Tiny Course takes a cookbook author from idea to a finished first product — exactly where Weeks 1–2 of the System land. The System continues from there: stores, hub, pricing, bundles, content engines, memberships, the ladder, and the operating loop, for any digital product, not only cookbooks.

Who this is for: a seller at the start — an idea, maybe a first product, no working store yet — who wants the build order, the checklists, and a clear standard for "done" at every step, and will actually do the missions.

Who this is NOT for: anyone who only wants to watch and learn (buy the Masterclass — it's the knowledge layer, and it's cheaper); anyone whose only goal is one cookbook (buy the Tiny Course); anyone expecting done-for-you work (that's the Digital Shelf Setup, separately); and anyone looking for live guidance, a cohort, or someone to check their homework — there is none here, by design.

Please read before buying — the honest notes:

- No income, sales, or results claims — anywhere, including here. This System teaches an implementation sequence. It does not guarantee sales, income, profit, followers, or any other outcome, and nothing in Jerry's documented path is presented as a promise of what will happen in your business.

- Jerry's path is documentation, not a forecast. The missions are drawn from a real, dated record — a first product picked on 2026-10-25, three stores live by 2026-10-28, a ladder and memberships built on 2026-11-01, a full price audit on 2026-11-03. Those dates prove the sequence exists and can be executed. They say nothing about your timeline or your market.

- Self-paced means self-paced. There is no calendar attached to this product — no start date, no sessions to attend, no deadlines Jerry sets or enforces. The 12 weeks are 12 missions in a fixed order.

- No discount is promised to anyone. The price is $297 for every buyer, including owners of the Masterclass or the Tiny Course. The cross-references above exist so you don't buy the wrong layer — not as the start of a bundle deal.

- You do the work. Every mission's deliverable is something you build on your own accounts, with your own product, under your own name. Nothing of Jerry's — his accounts, files, audience, or catalog — is included beyond the documented map of what he did.

FAQ

Is this a course?

No. A course teaches; this walks you through doing. The Seller Masterclass ($97) is the course — it teaches how it works; the System walks you through doing it, week by week, with a checkable deliverable at the end of every mission.

Are there live sessions, calls, or a group?

No. No calls, no cohort, no group, no start dates. The 12 weeks are self-paced missions in a fixed order, delivered as documents. If a product of Jerry's ever adds a live element, it will be a separate offer — it is not in this one.

I already own the Masterclass. Do I need this — and is there an owner discount?

You don't need it — the Masterclass stands on its own as the knowledge layer. Buy the System if you want the execution layer on top of it: the mission order, the checklists, and the "done" standards. There is no owner discount, and none is promised: $297 is the price for everyone, and the System duplicates no Masterclass content beyond brief recaps — the briefs reference the modules by number.

I already own the Tiny Course. Isn't this the same thing?

You already own the System's first two weeks for cookbooks. If one finished cookbook is all you want, you own what you need. The System is for continuing past the first product — stores, hub, pricing, bundles, both content engines, memberships, the value ladder, and the weekly operating loop — and it applies to any digital product, not only cookbooks.

How long does it take?

Twelve missions, in order, at your speed. One mission a week is the pace the sequence was designed around (and roughly the shape of the original build, compressed from an intensive eleven days of work into a sustainable order) — but nothing expires and nothing is scheduled. Finish Week 1 in a day or a month; Week 2 is waiting either way.

Will this make me money?

No honest answer to that exists, and this listing won't invent one. The System promises one thing: at the end of each mission you will have a specific, finished, checkable thing — a live listing, a verified hub, true bundle math, a recorded baseline. Whether that catalog sells is decided by your product, your market, and your follow-through. Anyone who guarantees you the outcome is selling you something else.

$297 — one-time.

No subscription. No live sessions, no cohort, no start dates — twelve self-paced missions and the map that walks them, honestly described.
