After over 100 shirt reviews on Substack and other platforms, I have written this guide to summarize all the details that go into a well-made shirt. This is your handbook to understanding how a high-end shirt is made, to help you evaluate the shirts you have and the ones you are planning to buy, as well as the ones that you are designing. It covers every detail and explains its function, from the spalla camicia to the scarto manica and zampa di gallina. The ebook also includes a glossary with translations.

Shirt guide

Being in the men's clothing business for 40 years I was curious what knowledge was offered by this shirt guide. Although I think the average consumer that's interested in how a garment (shirt) is constructed and its details can benefit, there isn't much here that will increase a savvy consumer's appreciation for a quality garment. $5 seems a bit steep for the info.

not what I thought it was

I'm a substack subscriber and thought this would be the comprehensive shirt rankings, but instead it's an illustrated guide of features on shirts.
