Created by someone with both depression and anxiety, the idea for this journal was born out of a desire for a journal that was truly a low lift. With limited energy and brain fog that comes with depression, this journal is a fast and easy daily activity to monitor brain health without a lot of effort.


There are no rules to this journal! This journal is your journal and there are no expectations attached. Fill out some or all of the sections - whatever works best for you.
