The My Daily To Do List is a color-themed Excel spreadsheet with some nifty automated features:
- It includes a tab with descriptions and instructions.
- Today's Date is automatically updated to the current date each day.
- When entering a task, you can assign one of three color-coded priorities (High, Medium and Low) from a drop-down menu.
- Each priority is color coded, and each task description is automatically formatted in the same color as its priority indicator.
- The days until the task due date is automatically calculated. If the due date is today's date or earlier, the days until the due date is blanked out.
- When the task status is changed to Done, the status indicator automatically changes to green.
- When the task status is changed Canceled, the status indicator automatically changes to red.
- You can add and delete rows as needed.
- Choose from 4 different color themes: Ocean (shades of blue), Autumn (fall colors), Patriot (red, white and blue) and Rainbow (the colors of the rainbow).
- The format is PDF file in standard letter size with landscape orientation.
