CIS INVOICE

WHAT YOU NEED

• Microsoft Excel or a free Google account (upload the .xlsx files to Google Drive, then File › Save as Google Sheets)

• Word or Google Docs for the editable card; a PDF reader and printer for the blanks

PLEASE NOTE

• Mould line: the template only prices the work. Use biocides safely. Always read the label and product information before use. Where a leak or structural damp is suspected, recommend the client gets a professional or surveyor to check it first.

• Review cards: follow Google's review policies – ask every client the same way and don't offer anything in return for a review.

• Rates (CIS 20/30/0%, VAT 20%) were correct when made and can be edited. Names and figures in the preview images are example data.

• Digital download – nothing is posted. You'll get the files to download straight after payment. By buying, you agree to get the files straight away and understand you lose the 14-day cancellation right once the download starts.
