Heal, Grow, and Transform Affirmation Cards for Teens

Heal, Grow, and Transform Affirmation Cards are great tools for teens to use as a suport to instill positive-self talk, self-esteem, and self-love on a daily basis. These affirmations statements also come in handy for life transitions that teens may be experiencing such as academic challenges, body-image/low self-esteem, bullying, making new friends, healing from break-ups, coping with family conflict, etc. There are a total of 35 affirmation cards in this deck. The card size are 2.25 x 3.5, and comes in a packaged case which makes it more feasible to carry around. The recommended ages for these cards are 13 and up.

Card Instructions: There is no right or wrong way to utilize the affirmation cards. If it reasonates with you, start off with the following steps on a daily basis:

1. Take 3 deep breaths
2. Shuffle all of the cards from the deck, and select one card from the pile. 
3. Proceed with reciting the selected affirmation statement from the pile (aloud or to yourself).
4.  Take a moment to reflect on your message.
