All Ends Tied WA Add-on
A spreadsheet for the executor of someone who has passed away in Western Australia. It keeps the WA probate steps, forms and dates in one place, beside your All Ends Tied Workbook or on its own. It is an Excel file (.xlsx) that also opens in Google Sheets.
What is included (11 tabs):
- Start Here: how to use the file
- State Overview & Official Links: what the Supreme Court of WA asks for in an application, filing and the court fee from 1 July 2026, requisitions, the Public Trustee, land (Landgate) and vehicles (Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure), each with its official link and the date we checked it
- State Checklist: the common WA steps in order, each with its official link
- Forms Register: the common court, land and vehicle forms, with where each is filed, the fee as we read it, a status and the date lodged
- Notices & Key Dates: type a date and a period you have confirmed, and the file works out the follow-on date. Family provision rows are flags only, not calculators
- Property & Vehicle Transfers: land held as joint tenants or solely, and vehicle licences
- Solicitor Question List: questions to take to a WA solicitor
- Sources, Disclaimer & Review, and Changelog tabs
Official sources were last checked on 3 November 2026. The date calculations do not allow for public holidays. Not reviewed by a solicitor.
30-day money-back refund. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected. Refund policy: https://allendstied.com/legal/refunds/
Record-keeping tools and general information, not legal, tax or financial advice. We are not a law firm. Official fees and rules change, often each 1 July; check the court's current page before you file.
