What you think is what you get
Our thoughts create our reality, and everything that we experience in life is a direct result of what we have been thinking about. This idea is not a new one, but it is one that has been gaining more and more attention in recent years.
The concept of “what you think is what you get” is based on the law of attraction. This law states that the energy we put out into the universe is the same energy that we attract back to ourselves. In other words, if we are constantly thinking negative thoughts, we will attract negative experiences into our lives. Conversely, if we focus on positive thoughts and emotions, we will attract positive experiences.
