I’ve been trying to quit smoking for over 2 years. After the initial nicotine withdrawal I found I could keep it up until I got triggered. I liked the idea of addressing this and having tools in place for dealing with triggers instead of reaching for a smoke. For the cost of a few packets of cigarettes I thought why not give this programme a go and I can’t thank you enough. I’ve not only been able to stop smoking but I’ve also been able to process and deal with loads of emotional stuff that has come up. If you are reading this and thinking about giving this a go just go for it. You’ll get more out of it then just quitting smoking if you are anything like me!
