NEW DESIGNS WILL BE ADDED THROUGHOUT 2026

Your Vault includes all qualifying school spirit clipart released from January 1 through December 31, 2026.

When new qualifying designs are added, they will appear in the same Vault at no additional cost.

Once 2026 ends, you will continue to have access to the 2026 Vault, but designs released beginning January 1, 2027 will be part of the separate 2027 School Spirit Vault.

IMPORTANT — ACCESS IS NOT IMMEDIATE

This Vault uses a manual access approval process.

After purchase, you will receive instructions to submit the Google Account email you would like to use for Vault access.

I will do my best to approve access within a couple of hours of receiving your information, but because each purchaser is added manually by me, please allow up to 48 hours for access to be granted.

Please do not purchase this drive if you need immediate access to the files.

NO REFUNDS AFTER ACCESS IS GRANTED

Because this is a digital product with access provided through a private Google Group, all sales are final once access to the Drive Google Group access has been granted.

No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be accepted after your Google Account has been added to the group and drive access has been provided.

GOOGLE ACCOUNT REQUIRED

Drive access is managed through a private Google Group, which controls access to the School Spirit Drive.

You MUST have a Google Account in order to access the files.

You may use:

• A Gmail address

• An existing email address that has been registered with a Google Account

The email address you submit for Drive access must be connected to a Google Account.

If the email you used to purchase on Etsy is not the email connected to your Google Account, that is completely fine. You will be able to submit the correct Google Account email using the access form provided after purchase.

HOW ACCESS WORKS

1. Purchase the 2026 School Spirit Drive.

2. Download the access instructions provided with your Etsy purchase.

3. Complete the linked access form and provide the email address connected to your Google Account.

4. I will manually verify your purchase and add your Google Account email to the private 2026 School Spirit Drive Google Group.

5. Once approved, you will be able to access the Drive and download the included files.

Because access is controlled through the Google Group, simply sharing the Drive link with another person will not give them access.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED

The School Spirit Drive does not include:

• Canva Alphabet / Letter Frame Collections

• School Spirit Canva Design Templates

• General Canva Templates

• Completed School Spirit PNG Designs

• Non-School-Spirit Alpha Fill Papers

• Seasonal Clipart that is not school spirit related

• Other products outside the School Spirit category

• This is a DIGITAL PRODUCT. No physical item will be shipped.

• Drive access is for the original purchaser only.

• Access may not be shared, transferred, resold, redistributed, or provided to another person.

• Individual files may not be resold or redistributed as standalone digital files.
