text presets

This is the text effects i use for all my edits!

It includes:

- my turbulant displace settings
- my glow settings
- panning version
- textureflux 

DISCLAIMER: you will need the Sapphire plugin for this to work.
You also dont need to add them both to the same text layer. If you want the text effect with NO panning, you need to apply the "normal" preset. If you want the panning, you ONLY need to add the "panning wm" preset. You DONT need to add the "normal" preset too.
