Avatar Models: By purchasing, downloading, or using any of my models, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with me, the creator. These Terms of Service are non-negotiable. Any violation will result in immediate termination of your license, permanent blacklist from future purchases, and legal action under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. I hold all rights and supporting documentation necessary to protect myself, my family, and my work. Violations of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) may result in civil fines up to $150,000 per infringement and can also lead to criminal prosecution, including jail time.

Absolutely Forbidden 

• No Refunds — All sales are final. Attempting chargebacks or disputes will be considered fraud.

• No Redistribution — You may not resell, redistribute, share, trade, gift, or price-split my models in any form. This includes default versions, personalized edits, or modified versions. One license = one user. Always.

• No Public Uploads — You may not make my models public on VRChat or any other platform, nor upload them to public worlds or accounts. Any public posting is treated as piracy.

• No Credit Removal — If you use my models on TikTok, Twitch, YouTube, or similar services, you are required to give proper credit. Withholding credit, or falsely claiming ownership, will be treated as theft.

• No Asset Farming — You are strictly forbidden from extracting, reusing, or repurposing any part of my models (meshes, textures, Unity files, Blender files, edits, etc.) for any purpose, personal or commercial. ⸻ Allowed (Under Strict Conditions)

• Editing — You may edit the model for personal use only. Edits must remain recognizable as mine.

• Important: Editing does not grant you ownership. I retain full rights to the original model and included assets.

• Adult Use Only — These models are not intended for minors. I am not responsible for misuse by underage individuals.

• False Information = Voided License — Providing false information at checkout immediately voids your license and will be grounds for blacklisting and legal pursuit.
