PIECES OF MOMENTS BACKGROUND

I, the author of the book have been into different seasons of life excluding the later stage. I was born out of challenge, and so I grew up with so many challenges. I have been into fear, anger, guilt, and shame as much as I have been through honour, achievements, influence, and popularity. Those things have made me who I was before. Who I am today is just a summary of yesterday and more of what my God has done to me when I surrendered my life to Him. Thus, I am nailed to what Paul had said in Galatians 2:20, “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.”

To write an article is not easy because I am not a trained writer. But according to Sha Nacino, a prolific writer, speaker, and author of many books, “You can write a book even if you are not a writer.” Anyone has a story to tell and that story can be transformed into a book. But in order to do so, you must possess the prominent character authors possess, it is FAITH. If I didn’t exercise faith at all in the very first place, I wouldn’t have come to the end, which is, the copyrighted (by the IPOPHIL), and printed (by OMFLIT) PIECES OF MOMENTS. But what really inspired me to write is my BROKENESS that has been transformed by God into WHOLENESS. I have been broken, torn into pieces. I had been falsely accused so many times to the point of losing my identity. God is just so good to me that He taught me to use all those broken pieces of my life not as a stumbling block but a stepping stone to be the person God wants me to be. I believe one of God’s purposes in my life is to write my story so I can influence others to believe in Him as the supreme authority of all life.

Therefore,

Pieces of Moments book is a compilation of inspirational and motivational thoughts that are based on real life experiences and encounters with God as well as stories that have transpired in the life of the author. These were put into writing for the purpose of preserving them. The articles are of varied topics. There are 30 of them plus a bonus article entitled Pieces of Moments from which the author took its name, and further, organized a hub that caters for the psychologically-challenged individuals. The articles can be for everyone. Yet, the ideas and emotions come from a woman. There is an exclusive article for women but the rest is applicable to all. It is the author’s prayer that God will be glorified in each and between the lines.

Pieces of Moments’ birth is rooted on the author’s broken moments of life, and how she has turned those broken pieces of moments into momentous momentum emphasizing the role of God in every facet of her life.

I feel humbled with this miracle that God has placed in front of me, because I cannot do this on my own. And so, my praises belong to Him.
