The Transition Map

This book provides a detailed account of the transition from the old architecture of the body to the new.

It does not offer a ready-made method or promise rapid transformation. Instead, it follows the restructuring process step by step, tracing how breathing, weight, walking, support, signal conduction, and the organization of the body gradually changed, what patterns became visible over time, and why familiar attempts to "fix ourselves" often turned out to be extensions of the old architecture.

This is not a theory written in advance. It is a map created while the transition itself was unfolding. It brings together observations, discoveries, mistakes, crises, and the moments when the body gradually began to perform its own work without constant conscious control.

In the second half of the book, it becomes clear that the transition does not end with the body. Relationships, boundaries, decision-making, and the capacity to sustain an ever greater volume of life also begin to reorganize. What first appears as a bodily process gradually becomes a new organization of life.

The Transition Map is written for readers who want to understand not only what changes, but how the transition itself unfolds—step by step, without skipping stages and without idealizing the process.
