When hope fades, the heart grows weary - but God designed your brain to be able to build hope again.

In this clinical and faith-centred workshop, Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist Ann-Marie Covert, MSW, RSW will guide you through the neurobiology of hope and how to intentionally cultivate a “hope mindset.”

You’ll learn how hope differs from toxic positivity, how your brain’s Reticular Activating System can be trained to see possibility, and how creativity, meaning, and spiritual connection awaken hope even in seasons of pain.

Discover how to anchor your thoughts in truth, strengthen your emotional resilience, and partner with God to renew your mind.

You’ll walk away with:

✨ A clear understanding of how hope operates in the brain and nervous system

✨ Practical strategies to activate hope daily

✨ Tools for staying grounded when hope feels deferred

✨ A faith-based framework for integrating neuroscience and Scripture

✨ Permanent access to the workshop recording and a printable E-Book resource

We pray this workshop blesses you deeply!
