My Daily Questions Apps: Full Series Bundle
About the 'My Daily Questions' Series
Each app delivers one reflective question per day to your client, drawn from a bank of twenty questions organised into five clinical tiers. The tiers move gradually from gentle, concrete entry points toward deeper self-exploration — so the questions ask less of your client early on, and more as the relationship with the app develops.
Answers are stored only on your client's device. Nothing is transmitted online. Everything stays private to them.
No app store. No account. No ongoing cost. Your client taps a link once to install it on their phone — it works like any other app, including offline.
My Daily Questions — Full Series Bundle
This bundle contains all seven apps in the My Daily Questions series, covering clinical presentations commonly encountered in private practice. Purchase once and use each app with as many clients as you like, for as long as you practise.
Getting to Know Yourself
For clients who have spent years attuning to the needs of others at the expense of their own. Questions begin with the lowest-threshold entry points — sensory noticing, simple preferences — and build gradually toward wants, needs, and bigger-picture desires. Particularly effective with clients who feel blank or anxious when asked to focus on themselves.
Finding Your Ground
For clients experiencing anxiety, persistent worry, or a tendency toward catastrophic thinking. Five question tiers move from body-level grounding through gentle reality-testing to releasing, using observational rather than cognitive language. A practical between-session companion for clients whose minds are frequently pulled toward feared futures.
Working with The Inner Critic
For clients carrying chronic shame, low self-worth, or a harsh internal critical voice. The app works around the critic rather than against it — observing it, getting distance from it, building evidence against it, and arriving at self-compassion through the back door. Particularly effective with clients who have already tried and dismissed affirmation-based approaches.
One Day at a Time
For clients in recovery from addiction, alcohol dependency, or substance misuse. Questions draw on the spirit of 12-step daily inventory work without using programme-specific language, covering honest self-examination, connection, acceptance, and single-day forward orientation. Includes a quiet daily streak counter, consistent with recovery culture's emphasis on showing up each day.
After Loss or Bereavement
For clients navigating grief — including loss of a person, a relationship, a role, or a sense of identity. Unlike the other apps in the series, the five tiers are not a progression but dimensions: being present with the feeling, remembering, making sense of the changed world, self-compassion, and meaning-making. The most permissive app in the series, with a 'Not today' option for the days when reflection simply isn't possible.
Who Am I Now? Life Transitions
For clients navigating significant identity transitions: redundancy, retirement, divorce, empty nest, serious diagnosis, or relationship endings. Questions move through five tiers informed by Bridges' Transition Model, with the third tier — The space in between — giving explicit permission to not know yet. Particularly effective with high-functioning clients who find the absence of a clear answer to 'who am I now' disorienting or shameful.
Learning to Feel
For clients with limited emotional vocabulary or emotional avoidance — particularly men, though the app is not gendered. Questions approach emotion entirely from the outside in: body sensation, behaviour, what mattered, gradual emotion-naming, and connecting feeling to need. Never asks 'how do you feel?' directly. Gives emotionally avoidant clients something concrete to bring to session without requiring them to have done the emotional work first.
