The Armored Excavator -The Pangolin

Join Wilder on a journey into the African bush, where a scaly, secretive little digger curls into a perfect ball at the first sign of danger. With overlapping scales like armor and a long, sticky tongue, the pangolin is one of the bushveld's most unusual residents.

Part of the Wilder's Wild World series — beautifully illustrated picture books that introduce little explorers to the animals of the South African bushveld, one story at a time. Perfect for reading aloud, sparking curiosity, and growing a love of wildlife.

Little explorers, are you ready to meet them?
