You're keeping track of everyone's schedule, everyone's dinner and everyone's permission slips. Who's keeping track of you?

The No-Guilt Parent Planner is an undated digital planner for busy parents, especially parents with ADHD who carry the whole family's mental load on a brain that's already full. It has the calm daily pages of the original No-Guilt Planner, plus the pages a household actually runs on: a family week overview, a meal plan with an aisle-grouped grocery list, a kids' activities and appointments tracker, and a household reset checklist that gives you credit for ten minutes.

No dates, anywhere. Sick kids, school breaks, a week where nothing went to plan? Turn to the next blank page and start again. Nothing in here keeps score, least of all you.

Who it's for

- Moms, dads and caregivers with ADHD, or anyone running a busy home on fumes

- Parents juggling several kids' schedules, rides, appointments and forms

- Anyone who's tried a "family command centre" and found it too much work to keep up

- iPad and Android tablet users (GoodNotes, Notability and similar), plus people who want fridge printables

The parent pages

- Family week (x6). A Mon to Sun grid with one row per person (write names in), plus rows for rides & pickups and dinner. Below it: a heads-up box (forms, money, birthdays), "ask for help with" (hand it off), and "one thing for me" (yes, you count).

- Meals & groceries (x4). Dinners this week (leftovers count), a backup dinners list already filled in for nights nothing goes to plan (breakfast for dinner, pasta and jarred sauce, freezer night, leftovers buffet, wraps and fruit), and a grocery list grouped into produce, dairy & eggs, meat & protein, pantry & snacks, frozen, and household.

- Kids' activities & appointments (x2). A table of lessons and activities (who, what, day and time, where, what to bring, paid), an appointments tracker already filled in with dentist, doctor, eye exam and haircut (who, booked, when), and a forms & money due list.

- Household reset (x2). A 10-minute reset to tick any day of the week, a weekly list to tick per week, and a "once a month, or whenever" list, all filled in with realistic tasks and space for your own. The rule: when the timer rings, you're done, even if the house isn't.

Plus everything from the No-Guilt Planner

- Daily x30: Top 3, Morning / Afternoon / Evening, carry forward, quick dump, one small win, and a basics check-in that includes me time

- Weekly reset x6, Brain dump x4, Fresh start month x3, Habit tracker x3

- Carry forward & parking lot x2, Done list x2, Notes x4
