Done-for-You Advent Set (Early-Bird)

Your church's Advent, designed for you and ready to use.

Advent begins Sunday, November 29, 2026. Instead of building a seasonal bulletin from scratch in the busiest month of the year, send us your church's details, and we'll design an Advent look made for your congregation, with a matching Christmas Eve graphic to carry it through to the manger.

What's included

An Advent bulletin cover and insert template, custom-branded for your church. Your church name, logo and service times, in one consistent Advent design you can use every Sunday of the season.

4 weekly social posts, one for each Sunday of Advent, matching your bulletin: 4 posts at 1080x1350 plus matching stories, with your church's name and logo.

A Christmas Eve graphic to invite your community to your Christmas Eve service.

Files: a print-ready PDF, an editable insert template so you can add each week's details, and image files for the social posts. Set up for US Letter paper, with other sizes on request.

Already have a free Advent cover from us? Your set is made in the same style, so your cover, inserts and posts all match. Just mention it when you send your details.

Price

Early-bird: $29 when paid by Sunday, Nov 15, 2026, 11:59 PM Pacific, one per church.

$39 per church from Monday, Nov 16.

Last order date: Tuesday, Dec 15, 2026, 11:59 PM Pacific. Orders close Tue Dec 15.

Turnaround: your first design arrives within 1 business day after we receive your details. Delivered within 1 business day once you send your name, logo and Christmas Eve service times. You ask for any changes, and then you approve.

How it works

Step 1. Order here.

Step 2. Send your details to kane@getlanternletter.com: church name, logo (or your website), Advent service times, Christmas Eve service time, your chosen style, and any wording you'd like on the cover. Tell us your tradition's names for the Sundays and candles (for example, Hope, Peace, Joy, Love), or we'll leave those lines for you to fill in.

Step 3. Review and approve: we send your first design within 1 business day of receiving your details, and revise until you're happy.

Step 4. Receive your final files, ready to print and post.

Our promise: we revise within the scope of the Advent Set until you approve it. If you change your mind any time before your final files are delivered, we'll refund you in full.

Good to know

You supply the words (scripture, liturgy, announcements), and we set them as you send them. We never add theological content of our own.

Hymn or song lyrics are included only if your church holds the licence (for example, CCLI).

We don't print or mail. You get print-ready files to print in the office or at a print shop.

Your church owns its final files.
