This cookbook is a collection of the meals, snacks, desserts, and simple recipes I’ve actually eaten—during my 40-lb cut in 5 weeks, my past cuts, and even now while I’m bulking. It’s not a “diet book.” You can make these meals whenever you want. The only thing that changes is how you adjust ingredients to fit your personal macros and goals.
People always ask how I keep the weight off or how I stay lean so easily. The answer is simple: when your food tastes good, keeps you full, is low to moderate in calories, takes five minutes, and uses almost no dishes or appliances… the real question becomes, “How are you even gaining weight lol ?”
These are the ultimate easy and lazy meals—seriously, a five-year-old could make them. Some might seem unusual at first, but don’t judge them until you try them.
I’ll be adding a new recipe every week, and depending on what people request, I also WILL make full in-depth YouTube videos breaking down the recipes step-by-step.
