Hibiscus and green tea is an amazing 50/50 combination. Green tea is know for its polyphenolic compounds that apply vascular protective effects. Similarly Hibiscus has this amazing red colour which includes compounds like polyphenols, carotenoids, ascorbic acid and tannins. Blend the two of these teas to give the best of both worlds and the combination also tastes amazing.
