Year 10 Health Unit 2: Consent, Power and Influence (15 lessons, school licence)

Fifteen ready-to-teach Health lessons for Year 10, aligned to the final New Zealand Health and PE curriculum (Phase 4, published 15 September 2026).

Consent in complex situations, power and real choice, coercion, social and gender norms, alcohol and other drugs, intoxication, digital pressure, parties, harm reduction, bystander action and disclosure. Lessons 1 to 5 build the ideas, 6 to 10 explore them, 11 to 15 apply them, and Lesson 15 is a class action lesson. Every lesson carries one te ao Māori anchor and a hauora focus.
